Aging
Aging is a big part of the warriors world, so I decided to come up with a system that would cater to that. What do I hope to achieve with this system? A more active and engaging roleplay that is constantly changing.
Here is the rate at which the cats age. All time is in real-life weeks. Kit - A queen has to roleplay herself as expecting kits for two weeks. Once the kit has been born, it stays a kit for two weeks. The kit stage is one month total though the kit is only "alive" for two weeks.
Apprentice - One month (might take a week longer if they fail their assessment).
Warrior - Two months. If given an apprentice, they can stay a warrior until the apprentice has finished learning, then they can become an elder.
Leader - +1 month. A month is added on to the cat's life (for example, if they had on month left before becoming an elder and was made into a leader, they would have two months before dying).
Medicine Cat - +1 month. Medicine Cats also get another month added on to their life. This is due to their intense and long training they need to give to their apprentice and the fact that they keep serving their Clan even after reaching an age of an elder.
Elder - Two months max. Once your character has finished being a warrior, they become an elder and are served by their Clan.
Please note, your character can die at any time...but if nothing gets it first, it will end up dying of old age as an elder, medicine cat, or leader.
FAQ
When my character has been accepted, do I start aging it immediately? The clock starts ticking after you have made your first post with your character.

Do Deputies have anything special? Or are they just the same as Warriors?

They would probably be the same as warriors. There's not much really special about a deputy, StarClan wise. Of course, I can't speak for TygerShore.

That's what I was thinking. I'll wait to see if TygerShore will answer this.... If not, I'll assume that what you said is true.
